That's the purchase_notfound.html template. Your customers will receive that message when 7DSS doesn't have a purchase record for the customer. You can read more about that here
Then she received a message from PayPal telling her the Payment had gone thru and directing her to the download.
Well, she got a message from 7DSS (as well as a receipt from PayPal) with a download link. That would mean PayPal didn't send the IPN (Instant Payment Notification) before the software timed out (60 seconds after she returned from PayPal), but once it did come in the download link was sent.
However it is set up with an OTO and she did not get to se the squeeze page.
And that's because there was no confirmation of payment (IPN) on her return from PayPal.
I just checked my mail box and found a message from PayPal telling me that my IPN has been disabled.
Will this affect the $7 Script in any way?
Answered in your other post, but no. IPN is working fine, as evidenced by your customer receiving the download link.
They need a URL to send messages to and I'm not sure what to give them.
Nor am I. "Messages"? More context -- like an actual copy/paste of the relevant portion of there message -- would be needed to offer an opinion.
